Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your order, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind

If you’ve changed your mind, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery — no questions asked.

  • To be eligible for a return:
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Important: You’ll need your order number or proof of purchase.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We inspect everything before it leaves us, but if your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and include:

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A clear photo of the damage

  • Your name and order number

We’ll either send a replacement or offer a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund is approved. If so, it will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank).
